Dr. Tsang holds the Factor-Inwentash Chair in Social Work in the Global Community at the University of Toronto, where he has been teaching since 1993. In the 1980s, Dr. Tsang practiced clinical psychology and taught at the University of Hong Kong. He introduced Social Skills Training to human service and healthcare professionals in the early eighties. After many years of experience in clinical practice, training, and research, Dr. Tsang developed the Strategies and Skills Learning and Development (SSLD) model, which has an expanded scope of applications. Innovated SSLD principles are currently applied to design consultation and training programs for the corporate world.
