Challenges: Laser-speed growth from a humbling beginning in 1998, the company has grown into China's largest and most used Internet service portal. Therefore, the demand to groom a large number of young high-potential talents to take up management roles in the near future is both urgent in operation and talent pool development.
Solution: ECIL designed and implemented the first-ever Development Assessment Center for the company's 23 high-potentials leveraging internal assessors who were trained by ECIL.
