Challenges: With more than 80,000 full time employees in the group, the company has a clear need to equip these employees of different functions and levels of responsibility in a cost-effective manner.
Solution: ECIL is commissioned to design 6 different professional skills programs which are to be offered to the entire company's workforce. Through train-the-trainers, more than 100 internal instructors have been trained to deliver these programs, and in return over 20,000 employees have been trained also.
Results:Since 2010, it is estimated that over 10,000 employees have been trained annually in these programs designed by ECIL and the demand continues to increase over time. Feedbacks from the employees have been very positive. They claim that the learning is most relevant to their daily work and that it is very practice-able. Individual and organization feedbacks shared and robust individual development plans deployed. A significant percentage of the high-potentials are put in managerial roles after some planned development actions aligned with the assessment results and recommendations.
