Continuous Development Support (CDS) is a cloud based HCM tool to augment the effectiveness of learning and development programs. It increases retention of learning and the visibility of the development process. It is very flexible which supports a wide variety of learning and development programs, including the November 2017 announcement of Advanced Sales Skill Transformation Program.
